Join us for a meditative tea ceremony with Nada Soma at the Melbourne Theosophical Society on Friday from 12:00pm - 1:30pm.

This gathering offers a gentle pause in the middle of the day, a time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through the art of tea. Premium Chinese Tea will be served with mindfulness and intention, shared in silence and presence. Each Cup becomes a meditation, an invitation to listen inwardly and rest in stillness.
