Join us for a meditative tea ceremony with Nada Soma at the Theosophical Society Bookshop on Thursday, 7 November from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.

This gathering offers a gentle pause in the middle of the day, a time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through the art of tea. Premium Chinese tea will be served with mindfulness and intention, shared in silence and presence.

Each cup becomes a meditation, an invitation to listen inwardly and rest in stillness.
